Biography
Daniel Soley is a former Deputy Ombudsman, Vice Minister of the Presidency, and Judge in Costa Rica, with over 30 years of public service. An accomplished attorney and university professor, he has advised on human rights, law, and global security while lecturing in Costa Rica, Spain, and beyond. Daniel has traveled to more than 40 countries across four continents, lived in Switzerland and Spain, and speaks Spanish, English, and French, with conversational Italian. Beginning his career as a tour guide, he blends legal insight with a passion for culture and travel. His presentations bring powerful stories of justice, history, and global connection to life.
